Virtual branch
Virtual branch enables secured communication towards bank and the other way, including electronic signing of contracts and similar documents. Your requests send via Virtual branch will be handled right away and therefore will save your time and money. Functions available within Virtual branch:
- Request for credit drawdown and sending loan documentation
- Setup of new current, saving or term deposit accounts incl. statements setup
- Setup contract for cash handling services
- Request bank confirmations or initiate claims
- Requests for cash withdrawal, including delivery (Flexicash Plus service)
- New payment (both debit and credit) cards and deposit cards to your accounts
- New users or accounts to ČSOB CEB service
- Payment card acceptance service, payment gateway for e-shops
- Provide instructions for custodian services
- Arrange an agreement for trading on financial markets
- Online archive of documents with electronic signature and other services
How does Virtual branch work
- Signing documents is done by electronic signature either via Smart key application (advanced signature) or via I.CA qualified certificate (chip card or I.CA RemoteSign application), where the latter is required for loan related documents
- Persons being statutory bodies for your companies can be the ones to sign, or you can give power of attorney to your employee to do so
- The contract and documents signed are available in an electronic archive right within the service - you can always review them

We recommend to logon to the service always via bank homepage - this for the security reasons. Please, do not use entry via search engines, third parties web pages or links sent via e-mail. When logging in, be sure to check the page is using https: protocol (secured and encrypted connection) and that the certificate it is using is issued for Československá obchodní banka, a.s.
