If you are not satisfied with our service or if we have made a mistake, please let us know as soon as possible. Always file a complaint directly with the company you have reservations about. The ombudsman may consider an appeal against the outcome of a complaint.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim
The ČSOB Group ombudsman team will check whether your complaint has been properly handled.
Describe the situation and the outcome of the complaint to the ombudsman
The ombudsman will independently review your submission and suggest a solution to the problem
Your suggestion can also serve as feedback to improve our services
