Holding Declaration pursuant to Section 79 (3) of the Act No 90/2012 Coll, on corporations and cooperatives (the Corporate Act) (hereinafter the “Corporate Act”):

Československá obchodní banka, a.s., registered office Radlická 333/150, Prague 5, postal code 150 57, Company ID: 000 01 350, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section BXXXVI, Inset 46, (hereinafter the “Controlling Person”) acts under the structure of the Holding as the Controlling Person. The group managed by the Controlling Person represents a Holding within the meaning of Section 79 et seq of the Corporate Act.
